Dry Fish with Onion Fry



Ingredients :

Any small dry fish ¼ Kg
Onion ¼ Kg
Turmeric Powder ½ Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
Chilli Powder 2 Tsp
Oil 50 Gm
Tamarind Juice 1 Tsp
Salt To Taste
coriander leaf little bit

Method :


 Peel The Heads And Tails And Wash Them Finely Two To Three Times Until All The Sand Is Removed

 Heat Oil In a pan add the chopped onions and saute till golden brown.

 Add Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Required Salt, Tamarind Water and fish and Cook On A Medium Flame Till It Gets Dark Brown Coloured And Cooked.
Now put coriander leaf and serve it with hot rice.
