Ladyfinger Pakora (Ramadan Special)


10-12 ladyfingers .(slit 1 ladyfinger in 2 parts vertically)
1tbsp vinegar
1tbsp crushed red chilly flakes
1 tbsp powdered red chilly
1tbsp turmeric1
 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp chat masala
1 cup gram flour
1 tbsp cooking oil for flour
Cooking oil for frying
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Salt to taste


 Marinates the pieces of lady finger into abowl with red chili, salt,turmeric,vinegar,coriander powder and chat masala and set this misture aside for about 10 minutes. 

Take gram flour and mix them with salt,1 tbsp of red chilli,turmeric and oil. Coriander leaves chopped and mint leave add into the mixture ans set them aside to settle in thick from.

Add some water to make thick batter for coating of ladyfinger.

Haet som eoil in the saucepan,then coat ladyfinger in the batter and dip into the oil for deep fry. Initially fry coated ladyfinger on high flame in order to make the ladyfinger soft.
