Mango Halwa


1 cup fresh Mango pulp

1 cup mawa

2 tbsp ghee

3 tbsp sugar

1 tsp cardamom powder


Heat ghee into one pan .

Then add mango pulp and cook till the pulp bubbles up.

Add sugar and mawa. Cook till the mixture form thick soft dough.

Then add cardamom powder and mix well.

Turn off the flame and allow the mixture to cool.

When completely cools down, give the desired shape.
