Sheek Kabab





Ingredients:
1 KG ground lamb or beer or chicken (any thing you like)
2 onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves(Chopped)
1 Tbs ginger paste
salt as per taste
1 Tbs green chili paste
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
2 teaspoons paprika
1 Tsp Gram masala

Method:
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Now build sausage like shapes around a skewer.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and place the skewers.
Turn them all around each minute on medium high flame.
Enjoy with green chutney or any dip
