Ingredients :
Loitta fish 1 kg
ginger paste 1/2 tsp
garlic paste 1/2 tsp
salt as taste
tasting salt 1/4 tsp
pepper powder 1/2 tsp
soya sauce 1/2 tsp
lime juice 1 tsp
egg 1
bread crumb 1 cup
oil for fry
Method :
mix all the spices with fish and keep a side for sometimes.
now take the fish, dip into egg and cover with bread crumb and deep fry.
