Ingredients :

winter vegetable 500 gram
ginger paste 1 tsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
mustard paste 1 tsp
tamarind water 1 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
mustard oil 1/2 cup
chilli powder a bit
turmeric a bit
fenugreek 1 tsp
chatmasala 1 tsp
asafoetida 1tsp
chopped garlic 1 tsp
chopped ginger 1 tsp
dry chilli 3
chopped onion 1 cup
any pickle 1 tbsp
salt as taste
coriander leaves as taste
green chilli as taste

Method :

take a pan and add half of oil and fry onion.
then add asafoetida and all paste spices and stir.
now add vegetables and boil then in low flame.
add tamarind water pickle fenugreek chatmasala and mix well.
then pour green chilli and coriander over it and cook.
now fry the chopped garlic ginger and dry chilli on remaining oil and pour over the vegetable and keep this way for sometime.
